PAY UP! Rana Plaza survivors and families need compensation now!

On April 24, 2013, an eight-story building that housed five garment factories collapsed, in the largest catastrophe ever in the history of the global garment industry. This horrific tragedy was a direct result of corporate negligence. We aim to hold the responsible corporations accountable.

At least 1,135 workers were killed and 2,500 others were injured in the Rana Plaza collapse. Many of the injured workers were trapped in the building for days. Some had their limbs amputated on-site to free them from the rubble.

Nearly a year later, the survivors and the families who lost loved-ones are still waiting for the compensation they are owed.

Please show your support for them by signing and circulating this petition to the US-based companies that did business at Rana Plaza. Join us in calling for corporate accountability in the global garment industry!
